Rustic design style has blown up! There are as many country design styles as there are country songs…you kind of like it, but you aren’t ready to distress all your furniture and add floor to ceiling wood….the key is to stay natural and neutral and add your own touches.
Here are a few of my favorite styles to mix and match in design projects:
“farmhouse, coastal, mountain, rustic, log, western, ranch, southern, farm, country, contemporary, barn, traditional, french, modern, natural, neutral”
I get it not everyone is into the rustic vibe…but we all like to take a deep breath and enjoy a little simplicity…so start with neutral and natural and add whatever your heart desires…just remember to keep it a little country.
